Dancers didn’t just sign up—they jumped at the chance to keep their training sharp over break. And with athletes coming from nearly every major town across Suffolk and Nassau Counties, it was clear: Long Island dancers are showing up differently.
So we did what any dedicated training facility would do… we added another one.

Hour 1: Strength & Conditioning for Dancers
